Dear Members:

This is to remind you that the Forum will be holding a breakfast seminar featuring Mr. Chang-hwa YI, MD & Representative of the Securities & Futures Division at the Korea Financial Investment Association (KOFIA), as our speaker on June 14. Mr. Yi will present on the topic of "Policy Recommendations for Capital Market Development amid a Rapidly Changing Financial Environment." Details of the seminar are as follows:

- Note: Simultaneous interpretation to be provided as Mr. Yi will be speaking in Korean.

Mr. Chang-hwa Yi, Managing Director & Representative of the Securities & Futures Division at the Korea Financial Investment Association (KOFIA), began his career at KOFIA in 1995, contributing to the growth and development of Korea's capital markets and financial investment industry for the past 20 years. Previously, he served as the head of numerous key divisions at KOFIA including - Securities & Derivative Services, Management Planning, Research, and Self-Regulatory Planning. Now, as the Representative of the Securities & Futures Division, he is working together with the securities industry to help upgrade the capital market in Korea and strengthen the corporate financing capacity of local securities firms. Mr. Yi received his BA in economics from Korea University and his master's degree in financial engineering from KAIST.
